Living Our Values
BrightKey’s values transform concepts into actions. Our values reflect our intentions and inspire us to be our best selves.
SHOW THE LOVE
Appreciate the people around you and the opportunities they present. Celebrate diversity.
ROLL UP YOUR SLEEVES
Get the job done. Pitch in and do your part, and no part is too small. We’re a team.
FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE
Say yes. Yes, I hear you. Yes, I understand. Yes, let me see what I can do about that.
GIVE A HOOT
Own the task, step in, and be accountable for your actions. That’s the way we find solutions together.
KEEP IT HONEST
Be true to your word, to yourself, to your clients, to your work family.
DO YOUR BEST
That’s all anyone can expect . . . to be your best with who you are today, and what you know today.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Welcome every day as a chance to make an impact in the world around you. Because you can.
Why We're Different
The BrightKey name comes from a saying from Benjamin Franklin: The used key is always bright. We put people and service first; we believe in actions not concepts. You’ll see that reflected in our value statements and in the focus of our leadership team. We live our commitment to diversity and inclusion. We work to improve the lives of our corporate family and those outside BrightKey who need a helping hand. Our nationwide reach means we’ll be wherever you need us!

Taking a vital role in identifying market opportunities and ongoing client relations, Rita maintains contact with clients to review project operations, objectives, future goals, and new service offerings. Her passion for marketing extends to the association, corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. Rita is a avid supporter of animal welfare (local and international) and sits on the board of the SPCA of Anne Arundel County. Got a dog … care about elephants? You’ve got a conversation!

Community Support
BrightKey stands committed to supporting internal, local, and worldwide communities. We believe in encouraging and guiding the professional growth of our employees — promoting from within when possible. We support selected nonprofits at home and around the world, focusing on those that care for the welfare of people and animals at risk.
A good corporate citizen…
From taking a stand against domestic violence to saving the elephants, BrightKey cares!

Strength in Diversity
BrightKey’s values start with “Show the Love” — and it reminds us every day to celebrate our diversity and strengthen our commitment to inclusion. BrightKey’s Diversity+Inclusion Initiative has guidance and input from an employee advisory council. The plus sign reminds us that diversity and inclusion are interconnected but not the same. We will make sure that we create an equitable workplace, one in which all voices matter.
Involved and supported
We want every team member to arrive in the morning happy to be at BrightKey — knowing that they play a part in taking the company to a new level of excellence in employee and client partnerships.

Nationwide Reach
BrightKey’s “we’ll handle it for you” approach means that we not only take on the outsourced services you require but also will deliver those services wherever you need us.
We work with clients nationwide — either from one of our offices, warehouses, or mail screening centers. Or onsite at their locations.
Coast to coast — we’ve got you covered!

Certifications
BrightKey's certifications and approvals demonstrate our commitment to excellence in operations, data security, and business practices. Through PCI compliance and SOC I and II audits, we assure the information and data privacy of your customers and partners.
We proudly operate as a woman-owned business, having a longstanding relationship with the Women’s Business Executive National Conference (WBENC). And, our GSA approval drives our strong government services presence. Here is our GSA Contract and a list of NAICS Codes.
