Strengthening our security: Our clients’ data is our number one business priority. With the increasing worldwide threat of malware, we have added more levels of security and new monitoring capabilities to our system. And BrightKey will continue its investment in the people, processes, and technology necessary to strengthen our security operation center.

Extending our reach: BrightKey continues to expand our onsite and warehousing services in New York City with major publishers and nonprofits. A Data Integrity Case Study:
The Board Mandated 100% Response

FOCUS: A higher education association wanted to update the rosters of each of its member companies prior to converting to a new version of its association management system (AMS). The board mandated response from every institution. The association’s earlier direct mail effort fell far short of that mark.

SKILL: BrightKey’s Strategic Marketing and Turnkey teams joined forces to create an email campaign that pulled from the existing database to send members their current contact information and request corrections, additions, and deletions. The email put a marketing spin on an otherwise “housekeeping” request, informing members the way they would benefit from streamlined and focused communications about many exciting new programs.

RESULTS: With a series of three emails and a “thank you” gift incentive, the campaign exceeded projections and industry average response rates. Telemarketing follow-up helped reach the final goal, and BrightKey’s Turnkey team entered the data directly into the AMS and successfully updated thousands of member records.
